Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Aitoolnavio. They are written to be read, not to be survived — the parts that actually matter are §4 (our content is AI-generated) and §6 (what we do and don't promise). Please read those.
1. The agreement
By using Aitoolnavio (“the Site”) you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Aitoolnavio Innovations Pvt. Ltd., registered in India. We handle all contact by email; if you need our registered address for a legal or regulatory purpose, ask and we will provide it. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
2. What Aitoolnavio is
Aitoolnavio is an independent directory of AI tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any tool we list. We do not sell the tools, we are not party to any contract you enter into with a tool's vendor, and we cannot help you with billing, support, or refunds from them.
Listings marked Sponsored are paid placements, and some outbound links may carry a referral tag from which we earn a commission. Paid placement is always labelled and never changes what we write about a tool.
3. Licence to use the Site & restrictions
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own lawful use. In return, you agree not to: (a) sell, rent, sub-licence, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or its content; (b) scrape, crawl, bulk-copy, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site, except the ordinary indexing a public search engine performs; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Site; (d) use the Site to build or train a competing product, directory, or dataset; or (e) remove any copyright or proprietary notices. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we are under no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
4. Our listing content is generated by AI
This is the most important thing on this page, so it is not buried: tool descriptions, key features, use cases, pros and cons, and the automated “Tool vs Tool” comparisons are written by an AI language model working from information published on the web. They are not written by the tools' makers, and they are not verified by a human before publication.
AI systems produce confident, fluent text that is sometimes wrong. A feature we list may not exist. A limitation we list may have been fixed. A comparison may misrepresent either product. Pricing and availability change constantly and our information may be stale.
Treat everything here as a starting point for your own research, never as a fact you can rely on. Before you sign up for, pay for, or build on any tool, verify the details on the vendor's own website. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.
Popularity figures are global website rankings from a third-party dataset. They estimate how much traffic a website receives — they say nothing about whether a tool is any good, and a small excellent tool will rank below a large mediocre one. Where a tool owns its own domain, we may also show website-engagement estimates — monthly visits, traffic sources, visit duration, and similar figures — supplied by SimilarWeb through a third-party API. These are third-party estimates, not measurements we make; they describe the tool's whole website rather than any single product, and they can be inaccurate or out of date. Treat them like everything else here: a starting point for your own research, never a fact to rely on.
Company & developer details. Some listings show basic facts about the company behind a tool — its name, founding year, headquarters, legal status, and founders. We compile these only from open, freely reusable public-record sources (such as Wikidata and official company registries via OpenCorporates) and the company's own website, and each listing names the sources used. These are factual identification details, not an endorsement or affiliation, and they may be incomplete or out of date. We do not publish any financial information about these companies — no revenue, funding, or valuation. How we handle personal data such as a founder's name, and how to have it corrected or removed, is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Reviews, submissions, and your content
When you submit a review or a tool, you confirm that what you write is your honest opinion or accurate information, that you have the right to share it, and that it is not defamatory, unlawful, or someone else's work. You keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and distribute it on the Site.
We may edit, decline, or remove any submission or review — including for spam, fake reviews, vendors reviewing themselves or their competitors, or abuse. We do not sell reviews and we do not remove a genuine negative review because a vendor asks us to.
Feedback and backups. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site, you agree we may use them freely and without any obligation or payment to you. We are not obliged to store or back up content you submit, and content tied to an account may be removed if that account is closed — please keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that listing information is accurate, complete, or current; that a listed tool is safe, lawful, functional, or suitable for your purpose; that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; or that any outbound link will work or be safe. Tools appear and disappear, change their pricing, and are sometimes abandoned by their makers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aitoolnavio Innovations Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of the Site or your reliance on anything published on it — including any AI-generated description, comparison, feature list, or popularity figure.
Your relationship with any tool you find here is between you and that tool's vendor. We are not responsible for their product, their conduct, their pricing, their security, or what they do with your data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aitoolnavio Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms or of any applicable law, or the content you submit. We may assume the exclusive defence of any matter you are required to indemnify us for, and you agree to cooperate; you will not settle any such matter in a way that affects us without our prior written consent.
9. Intellectual property & copyright complaints
The Site's design, code, and original content belong to Aitoolnavio Innovations Pvt. Ltd.. Product names, logos, screenshots, and brands belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and description only, which implies no affiliation or endorsement.
If you own a tool and want its listing corrected, its images removed, or the listing taken down, use the Claim this listing or Report inaccuracies link on the page, or email legal@aitoolnavio.com. We will act on it.
Copyright & IP infringement notices. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email legal@aitoolnavio.com with: your name and contact details; identification of the work and of the infringing material, including its URL; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable the material, and we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
10. Prohibited content
Aitoolnavio is a general-audience directory. We do not list, host, promote, or accept payment for tools, listings, reviews, images, links or any other content that involves:
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexualisation of minors. There is no exception to this, and nothing below applies to it in the same way — see the paragraph that follows this list.
- Adult, pornographic, or NSFW material, including tools whose purpose is to generate, edit, or serve sexual content, and “undress” or non-consensual imagery tools of any kind.
- Gambling, betting, casino and wagering services, including tools built to predict or place bets.
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, stolen financial data, or any service designed to disguise the origin of funds.
- Terrorism or violent extremism — content that promotes, funds, recruits for, or provides instruction to a terrorist or violent extremist organisation.
- Anything else unlawful where we or you operate, or that exists mainly to harm people — malware, stalkerware, credential theft, or harassment.
How we enforce this. We may refuse a submission, remove a listing, or suspend an account at any time and without notice where we believe this section has been broken. Submissions are also screened automatically for adult material before listing, but automated screening is a filter, not a guarantee — a listing that gets through is still prohibited and still comes down when we find it.
Child sexual abuse material is reported, not merely removed. We preserve what the law requires us to preserve and report it to the appropriate authorities. We do the same for credible terrorism-related content. Neither is treated as a content-moderation disagreement, and neither is subject to the appeal in the next paragraph.
No refund. A paid listing removed under this section is not refunded — see our Refund & Return Policy. If you believe a removal was a mistake, write to us and we will look at it again.
Found something that breaks this? Use the Report Inaccuracies link on the listing, or email legal@aitoolnavio.com. Tell us the listing and what is wrong with it; we would rather hear it twice than not at all.
11. Acceptable use
Don't scrape or bulk-copy the Site, post fake reviews, attempt to break or overload it, impersonate anyone, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material. We may suspend access for any of these.
To protect accounts and detect fraud and abuse, we record the IP address and approximate location of each account registration and sign-in. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes, termination, governing law & disputes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes or limits the mandatory statutory rights and protections you have under the law of your country of residence, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts. In particular, if you are in the UK or EU, this governing-law choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions that apply where you live. How we handle your personal data is covered separately by our Privacy Policy, including your rights and how to complain to a data-protection authority.
Try us first. Before starting any court proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally — most issues are settled quickly this way. If both sides agree, a dispute may instead be referred to arbitration seated in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Nothing here affects the mandatory rights of consumers described above, or your right to use your local courts where the law gives you that right.
13. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace any earlier understanding. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stay in force and that provision is modified only as far as needed to make it valid. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor (for example on a sale of the business). Section headings are for convenience only. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically — by email or by posting notices on the Site — and that this meets any legal requirement for written communication.
