We usually reply within one to two business days.
The contact form
The contact page has a form that sends the message to us directly — you do not need an email app set up, and it works the same on a phone as on a desktop. Tick the “I’m not a robot” box, press Send message, and you will see a confirmation on screen.
We reply to the address you give, so check it is right before you send. If you would rather keep a copy in your own sent items, write to one of the addresses above instead.
