Enterprise RPA platform for building, running, and governing attended and unattended automations with document understanding and process intelligence.
Robotic Process Automation
Where no API exists, the interface itself becomes the integration point. Robotic Process Automation drives applications the way a person does, reading the screen, moving through fields and copying values between windows, which is why it persists around mainframe terminals, desktop accounting packages and legacy ERP screens never meant to be scripted. A build means recording the steps, identifying controls by selector or image, adding exception branches, then scheduling bots attended alongside a user or unattended on dedicated machines.
Banks, insurers, healthcare administrators, shared service centers and public sector back offices are the heaviest users, automating claims handling, invoice processing, account opening and reconciliation between systems that cannot talk directly. RPA software differs on attended versus unattended licensing, how bots are orchestrated and queued, resilience when a screen layout shifts, exception handling and mid-run restart, credential vaulting, and the detail of audit logs.
Scope carefully: stable, rule-based, high-volume processes repay the build, while anything that changes monthly costs more in maintenance than it saves. The known fragility is dependence on the interface, so one application update can stop a fleet of bots at once; plan for versioning and a named owner. Bots hold real credentials, which makes vaulting and least privilege necessary rather than optional. Licensing is generally per bot or per runtime, with orchestration and development seats priced separately.
