If a payment doesn’t complete

What each outcome means, and when not to pay again.

Whatever happens, your submission is safe — a failed or cancelled payment never loses your work.

The five payment outcomes and whether to pay again. Being confirmed and went-through-but-unconfirmed both mean do not pay again; cancelled and not completed mean nothing was charged.
Two of these five mean “do not pay again” — that is the one costly mistake here.

“Payment is being confirmed”

The payment is in progress and we cannot yet confirm it. Do not pay again. There is deliberately no “try again” button on this screen, because paying twice is the one genuinely costly mistake here. It will settle shortly.

“Payment went through but we couldn’t confirm it here”

Your money moved and the confirmation has not reached this page yet. Again, do not pay again — it will update on its own.

“Payment cancelled”

You stopped at the gateway and nothing was charged. Pick a plan and pay whenever you are ready.

“Payment not completed”

It did not go through. Try again takes you back to the submit flow.

“We couldn’t find that payment”

The link has expired or belongs to another account. You have not been charged twice.
