Your receipt and billing history
Every payment has a receipt — on screen, by email, and in Billing in your account.
After a successful payment you get a receipt on screen and by email, and it is kept in Billing in your account.
Billing
Billing lists every payment you have made — listings, claims and Pro — newest first. Open one to see the full receipt again.
What a receipt shows
Payment — order reference, date and time, what you bought, the amount paid, the gateway, the method (for example “card — Visa •••• 0153”), the status and the payment ID.
Billed to — the details you entered. Anything you left blank is simply left out.
Keep the order reference
It begins ord_. Quote it in any question about a payment or refund — it is the fastest way for us to find the exact transaction. If you need a formal invoice, email billing@aitoolnavio.com with it.
