Refunds
A listing or claim is delivered the moment you pay, so the fee is not refundable once it is live — here is when money does come back.

The shape of it
A paid listing publishes the moment your payment clears, and a paid claim hands you the listing at the same moment. The service is delivered when you buy it, which is why the fee is not refundable once the listing is live — and why you are asked to check every field before you pay.
- If we fail to deliver — your payment clears and the listing does not appear, or a claim is not applied — you get a full refund.
- If two people pay to claim the same listing at the same time, only the first is applied and the other payment is refunded.
- Newsletter promotions run over four issues. Ask before the first issue goes out and you get a full refund. After that, issues already sent are not refunded. If we miss one of your issues, we run it the following week, or refund that issue’s share if you prefer.
- Sponsored spots start on the date shown before you paid. If your spot does not appear on that date, you get a full refund.
- No recurring charges. Listings, upgrades, Sponsored spots, newsletter plans and Pro are all one-time payments. A repeat charge would be a fault — tell us and we will refund it.
- Your statutory rights stand. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you if a service is faulty, not as described, or never delivered.
