Refunds
Once a listing is published or a claim is approved the fee is not refundable — here is where money can still come back.
The full terms are in our Refund & Return Policy, which is the authoritative version.
The shape of it
Once a listing is published, or a claim is approved, the fee is not refundable. A paid listing publishes the moment your payment clears. The service is delivered at the instant you buy it, so there is no window in which you have paid and received nothing — which is why listing fees are not refundable once the listing is live. It is also why step 2 asks you to check every field before you pay.
- Once a claim is approved, the same applies. A claim is held for review rather than published, so if we decline it, or you withdraw it before we apply it, the fee is refunded in full. Once it is approved the listing is yours — editable, verified, and open to your replies — and the fee is not refundable.
- If we fail to deliver — your payment clears and the listing does not appear, or it appears materially wrong and we cannot fix it — you get a full refund. That is not a favour; it is what you paid for and did not get.
- No recurring charges. A listing is a one-time payment, so there is no renewal to cancel. A repeat charge would be a fault — tell us and we will refund it.
- Your statutory rights stand. Nothing above removes a right the law gives you if a service is faulty, not as described, or never delivered.
