HaloMate is a centralized AI platform designed for professionals to chat, research, and create across multiple AI models. It allows users to build personalized AI assistants called 'Mates,' each with its own memory and specialized expertise, while maintaining secure file storage and project organization.

'Multi-Model Native' refers to HaloMate's ability to seamlessly switch between or compare different AI models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek within the same workflow. This approach mitigates the risks of relying on a single model, such as hallucinations or blind spots, by leveraging the strengths of multiple models for better results.

A 'Mate' is a personalized AI agent with its own memory and expertise, tailored to specific tasks or domains. The Secure File Drive is a version-controlled cloud storage system where files are permanently stored and managed by HaloMate. Unlike temporary uploads, files in the Secure File Drive can be edited, searched, and recovered, accumulating as reusable assets rather than disposable chat logs.
