Image Editing

Work begins from a file that already exists. Image Editing tools modify photographs, screenshots, scans and rendered artwork rather than inventing a frame from nothing, and the operations are specific: removing or replacing a background, erasing an object and filling the gap plausibly, generative fill inside a masked selection, relighting a subject, correcting perspective and lens distortion, color grading, retouching, and recoloring one garment without disturbing the rest of the picture. Selections are brushed by hand or produced by subject detection.

Photographers, retouchers, e-commerce operations, property listings and print shops run these edits at volume, putting catalog items onto white or preparing one asset for several placements. Products differ on masking precision at hair and transparent edges, whether edits stay non-destructive with layers and history, color accuracy and profile handling, batch processing, API access, plugin integration with an existing editor, and support for camera raw, TIFF and transparent PNG.

Test on the hardest assets you own rather than the demonstration images. Known failure modes include fills that hallucinate texture, halos along cut-out edges, loss of fine detail, and results that vary across a batch. Editing pictures of identifiable people raises consent and likeness questions worth settling before publication. Pricing appears as a limited free tier, credits per operation, per-seat subscriptions, or per-image charges that fall with volume.
