Browsing and filtering by category

Every category page has an in-category search, pricing filters with counts, and three sort orders.

Start at Categories. Each category page gives you:

A category page: a left column with a Search in category box and pricing filter buttons, and a Sort by dropdown above the tool grid on the right.
Filters live in the left column. Sort by sits above the grid, on the right.
  • Search in category — narrows to that category as you type
  • Pricing filters — Free, Freemium, Paid, Enterprise. Each button carries a count, so you can see how much is behind it before you click
  • Sort — Most popular, Highest rated, or Name (A–Z)
  • Reset — clears the lot

Listings show 36 tools per page.

“Most popular” is the default order. It is not a single number — see How tools are ordered in listings.
