What happens after you submit
Your tool is saved as pending, our team reviews it, and it goes live once approved.
Paying for your listing is what publishes it.
It publishes straight away
As soon as the payment clears, the listing goes live — there is no queue and no approval to wait for. That is why step 2 asks you to check every field before you pay: what you sign off is what appears. See Paying for a listing.
Two things that do wait for review
Claiming a listing that already exists is held for review even when it is paid for — otherwise anyone could take over someone else’s listing simply by paying. See Claiming your listing.
Edits to a listing that is already live go pending too. The published version stays up while a change is checked, so your page never goes blank. See Editing your submission.
While something is pending
It appears on your dashboard marked Pending review. For a claim there is no public page of your own yet, which is why View and Site Audit stay unavailable until it is applied.
