Individual contributors and small teams adopt these first, for clearing an inbox backlog or turning a call into follow-ups. General productivity tools differ in how many applications they reach and whether that access is read-only or can send on the user's behalf, in how much context leaves the machine, in offline availability, and in how much they remember between sessions.

Judge one over a normal working week rather than a demo. The usual failure modes are automations that fire on the wrong trigger, summaries that flatten disagreement into agreement, and an assistant that needs correcting more often than it saves time. Check what permissions the installer requests, whether actions can be reviewed before they are sent, and whether history exports if the subscription lapses. Pricing is typically a free tier with a monthly cap, then a per-user subscription, and automation-heavy products metering runs.
