Creating an account
One form — or one click with Google — and you are signed in straight away.
Go to Sign up. You can sign up two ways.
With Google
Press Continue with Google and pick your Google account. Your account is created, your email counts as confirmed, and you land on your dashboard.
With your email
Fill in one form: first name, last name, an optional display name, your email and a password. You are signed in as soon as you press the button — there is no waiting for an email first.
The password needs at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. The strength meter fills as each rule is met, and Show lets you check what you typed.
Optional: pick some topics
The sign-up page offers a few popular categories. Tick any you like and you will follow them from the start — see Following categories.
Then confirm your email
We send a confirmation link and a short welcome email. Some features wait until you open the link — see Confirming your email.
If the email is already registered you will be told so and offered a sign-in link instead.
