Saving tools
The bookmark button keeps a tool for later — on your device when signed out, on your account when signed in.
Every tool card and tool page has a bookmark button. One click saves the tool; another removes it.
Signed in
Saved tools are kept on your account and appear in Saved tools on every device you sign in on. From there you can search them, open them, or add them to a comparison.
Signed out
The save is kept on this device and the button turns to Saved. From your second save a bar at the bottom of the screen offers to create a free account. When you do, your saved tools move into it automatically.
Saves on a device are lost if you clear your browser data before signing up, and they do not appear on your other devices until they have moved to your account.
Collections
Pro members can sort saved tools into named collections. See Collections.
Alerts on saved tools
Saving a tool also means we can tell you when it gets cheaper or adds a free plan — see Price and free-plan alerts.
“No longer listed”
A saved tool whose listing has since been removed stays in your list marked No longer listed, rather than vanishing without explanation.
