Floor plan generators produce two-dimensional plans with rooms labelled and dimensioned, place doors, windows and furniture, calculate floor areas, generate variations of a layout within a fixed footprint, and often render the result as a three-dimensional walkthrough. Some capture the plan from a phone scan of an existing space instead of drawn input.
