About Fluidwave

Fluidwave is an AI-driven productivity platform designed for busy professionals, project managers, creatives, and neurodivergent users seeking clearer daily priorities and reduced task paralysis. The tool automatically ranks tasks by urgency and importance, then decomposes large or vague tasks into smaller, actionable steps to prevent overwhelm. Users can switch between multiple task views—Kanban boards, lists, tables, or calendars—and collaborate in unlimited shared workspaces. It integrates bidirectionally with Todoist, allowing teams or individuals to migrate existing to-do systems without losing data. Built-in templates, presets, and automation streamline repetitive workflows, while a planned pay-per-task delegation marketplace will soon offer human virtual assistants for hybrid AI-human task completion. The platform emphasizes minimal setup and a free-forever plan, with an optional paid tier for advanced features.
